Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 1, 2026

Trained Brains (“we”, “us”) builds role-based AI agents for businesses. This policy explains what we collect through trainedbrains.com, including our Solution Builder at trainedbrains.com/build, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us: name, work email, company, job title, company size, and optionally your phone number and website.
  • Your answers in the Solution Builder: the role or process you want to automate, the tools you use, volumes, approval preferences, timeline, budget range, and any questions or notes you write.
  • Walkthrough requests: the times you suggest, your time zone, and any guests or notes you add.
  • Basic technical data: the page you came from and campaign tags in the link (for example utm_source). Your progress in the Solution Builder is saved in your own browser so you can pick up where you left off.

How we use it

  • To create your workflow blueprint and email it to you.
  • To prepare a written response to your questions and to run a walkthrough you request.
  • To follow up about your blueprint. You can ask us to stop at any time.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Who helps us process it

We use a small number of service providers, only to deliver the service above:

  • Google (Gmail and Google Sheets): sending email and keeping our lead records.
  • Anthropic (Claude): helping us draft a detailed response to your answers. A person at Trained Brains reviews every response before it is sent.
  • Cloudflare: securely connecting our website to our systems.
  • Bluehost: hosting this website.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we are in contact about a potential project, and for no more than 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Blueprint links may stop working after that.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your information, or to stop contacting you. Just contact us and we will respond within 30 days. You can also clear the Solution Builder’s saved progress by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

Security

Your information travels over encrypted connections, and blueprint links use long random identifiers that are not guessable. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit access to the people who need it.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
